Haiti starts new phase in earthquake recovery
The United Nations says Haiti’s government has declared the search and rescue phase for survivors of the earthquake over.  The Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs says 132 people were pulled from the rubble alive by international search and rescue teams.
